This track was recorded live over 4th of July weekend 2003, it was included as a free download on the bands mp3.com page as well as the CD copy of the album available through it.

While Scott Jones did vocals on the song live after his departure from the band Mike Gross would record a new vocal take over it. This recording (with Mikes vocals) was later remastered by The Goldeneyes (Scott, Mike & Matt)

According to the tracks Mp3.com Page the song is “A song told from the point of view of the person who wrote it.” and “Was originally a christmas song.”

Seasons change, but i’m not changing, let me be Lucinda
Tables turn, but I’m not turning, let me sleep Lucinda
And all I want, all I want
I still burn, but she’s not burning, let me be Lucinda
I’m a fool, but she’s not fooling, let me sleep Lucinda
And all I want, all I want
Is to be alone, is to be alone
Happy times, but I’m not happy, let me be Lucinda
I’m alive, but this ain’t living, let me be Lucinda
And all I want, all I want
Is to be alone, is to be alone
