History
This is a catch all for any miscellaneous odds and ends that have surfaced from late 2003 to early 2004, sources vary as does whether any of these tracks mean anything to you.
Trivia
Creep You Out (Instrumental) is an official instrumental export from the Understanding The Brobecks recording of the track, the band was especially proud of this recording and that’s probably why an isolated version exists.
Ryan Botcher was a B-Side originally planned to be on Understanding The Brobecks, however it wasn’t finished in time. It was later shared on The Brobecks ZZZip page, and the finished recording was used on the debut Let’s Become Actors album Research Your Friends.
I have no earthly idea what “Ryan Crapmix with solo fix crap – low quality” is compared to our regular mp3 of the track, it sure is lower quality. Included just to be comprehensive and if you’re an audio nerd and pick up any subtle mixing differences or whatever you let us know.
So Young is from the Understanding The Brobecks Step 1: (EP), however our only source for the audio is from an old file that specifies it’s “Lo-Fi”. Different mixing from the version on the EP? Who knows because we’ve never gotten an actual rip of it. Included here just in case it’s different.
Szymanski Exposition is technically not a Brobecks track but given it was worked on by both Matt Glass and Bryan Szymanski in 2003 I include it because I like fun.
