“Some of you know that my first band I was ever in was called The Brobecks. I wrote and recorded songs on each of the first 3 albums. I would occasionally revisit these songs for fun. To see if I could remember how to play them. One night I decided to record some of these old songs on a vintage tape cassette recorder. I was strangely pleased with how they turned out. If you like the sound of old cassette tapes, and 2003-2007 Brobecks, then you might also get a kick out of these. Recorded live on an Audiotronics Classette 152 S cassette tape recorder.” – Whisperhawk Bandcamp

This release would later be removed from bandcamp for unknown reasons, but I think they’re neat so now they are immortalized.

Trivia

The title for this release is only kind of a misnomer that confuses people, these are not old tape recorded demos of brobecks songs but NEW tape recorded live performances of old Brobecks songs. You try naming stuff.
