History

As the band started recording their next album Violent Things towards the end of 2008 they released an EP of 3 finished songs off the record with 2 bonus acoustic recordings.

While the release of songs like Second Boys early brought the band some much needed attention and radio play the larger motive behind the EPs release was driven by Dallon running out of time and money to finish Violent Things. The 3 tracks included on this EP were allegedly the only masters the band had at the time and they were uncertain if they would even be getting the rest.

This EP was (most likely) released at the X96 Big Ass Show on September 27th, 2008, played with many other bands.

Trivia

The release for this EP has only been narrowed down to between September 14th-27th of 2008, footage of Dallon signing copies at the X96 Big Ass Show on the 27th could imply the band released the EP at that show and it seems most likely.
