This track was recorded live over 4th of July weekend 2003, it features both the vocals and writing of Scott Jones. This track is exclusive to the “Complete” version of the album as Scott left the band shortly after recording. This recording was later remastered by The Goldeneyes (Scott, Mike & Matt)

The track may be in reference to “Gifford Nielsen” an American football quarterback who played professionally for the Houston Oilers in the NFL. Scotts intense classic rock drawl on this one has made it difficult to decipher the lyrics.
