This song was recorded for The Brobecks album Happiest Nuclear Winter and was first shown off at a performance in The Brobecks garage on April 6th 2004, shortly before they started recording the album.

According to the albums recording log work on the track began on May 21st 2004, with Mike, Matt & Bryan recording parts for the song, then on May 22nd Dallon & Casey recorded parts and Bryan rerecorded his. On July 16th Mike & Dallon recorded vocals for the track among a few others, then on July 27th Bryan did a few extra parts and the track was finished.
